How we do it

We can provide anything from:

» Training sessions for teams, half day, one and two day courses right through to longer development programmes.

» Combination programmes work really well where we design and deliver training to meet specific needs that are supported with on-going coaching work to develop individuals towards real progress.

» Seminars and motivational team events are provided to kick start groups into engagement with objectives.

» Coaching programmes for companies with layers of supervisors, team leaders or managers needing support.

Our Costs

Prices are on quotation. We can provide sessions for small groups (minimum 5) right up to large group seminars.

Prices will vary depending on group size and the amount of design work required.

Flexible pricing packages are available e.g. book 3 dates and the price comes down!

Resources and training materials can be provided.

The Process

» We have an initial consultation to define the objectives of the training and what you would like to have happen as a result of it. We discuss current issues where we gain a good working understanding of your business and some real life scenarios for inclusion in the sessions.

» We design the agreed development solutions for you using your real life scenarios. Once designed, the presentation (where applicable), and the materials will be yours to keep.

» We run the development sessions: seminar / presentation / workshop / coaching. Through this work we are generally able to identify underlying issues or blocks to progress that come out of discussion groups, which will be shared with you where appropriate (this does NOT apply to coaching work which is strictly confidential).

» We plan any implementation or follow-up required to ensure that there is learning transfer into the workplace.
